Notable achievements include establishing the first virtual carrier in Central & Eastern Europe, pioneering first international scheduled flights from Kazakhstan, and transforming luxury properties to achieve record occupancy rates. I am an experienced aviation and hospitality executive with a proven track record in managing and transforming luxury properties, international airlines, and large-scale tourism projects. My work has taken me across multiple countries, including Switzerland, Hungary, Germany, Montenegro, Kazakhstan, Croatia, Azerbaijan, Russia, China, and Vietnam, where I have implemented high-level operational and service excellence strategies.

Specialized in luxury hospitality management across different highly acknowledged brands (e.g. Four Seasons, Radisson SAS, Hunguest Hotels) and premium cruise lines - both river and ocean (e.g. Lüftner Cruises - Amadeus fleet, Hapag Lloyd Cruises).
